In a viral video that was shared by a social media user, a New York woman Kelly Pichardo was seen spitting and is now serving four months behind bars and 36 months of supervised release.
All this comes after a fight aboard a February 2021 American Airlines flight that was recorded showing her with another woman getting so rude and making a nuisance.
Kelly Pichardo, 32, of Bronx, New York, was sentenced by a United States District Judge last week, the U.S. Department of Justice said in a news release.
When she appeared in court previously, Kelly pleaded guilty to interference with flight crew members. She also has to pay restitution to American Airlines totaling $9,123.
